Does he pronounce l in holder?
Does he pronounce that ?
And how could you get this part?I mean you heard it completely like this and wrote it down or with your experience you made the sentence in a way that is correct though having not recognised it clearly.

I'm not a native speaker, and I didn't understand "holder" either, because of my lack of imagination, LOL.

What I actually hear is "on condition a the hoda".
You would understand "holder" from the context, and "that" too, because of the fixed structure "on condition that...", where "that" is supposed to pronounced as "thut".
