I would suggest that you avoid videos of this particular person. Her pronunciation isn't very good, and her style is so choppy and disjointed that it's very hard to know what to expect. I think I understand what she says, but I don't entirely understand what she means. Specifically, it's not clear exactly why she says "I don't get that joke. And I still don't get *** jokes. . . " It's true that "69" is slang for a particular *** act, but I don't see any "joke" about it, or why she says she "is" a *** joke.

I would suggest that trying to figure out this person is really not worth your time.
