They're both correct.
AnonymousShe has uglier teeth than I do.
AnonymousShe has more ugly teeth than I do.
The second one suggests two different interpretations:
(1) Her teeth are more ugly than mine.
(2) There are a larger number of ugly teeth in her mouth than there are in mine.

Could you tell me which is correct?

She is more stupid than she is nice.
She is stupider than she is nice.

She is more ugly than she is nice.
She is uglier than she is nice.

Thank you

They're both correct, but "more stupid/ugly" is better style.

You can also say, "She is more stupid than nice."
