Obviously, an Arab culture, whatever that really means. It makes me think of deserts and horses and men in white robes with headcloths.

Also a major oil producing area.

women allowed to drive alone without man.but after she marry then her husband if he allowed her it ok if no that mean no.so women in uae allowed to drive and to work.

what u say correct.yes in saudi arabia women not free to do anything only with permission.but different from UAE women.because women in UAE they are free to work and also to drive.the same is that women in UAE they wear black clothes and keep their hair and part of face covered.after all its our culture.
