Type of usage

I've always enjoyed running, I hate sports though, through the woods.

Is this ok comma usage ?

We consider each offence individually, looking at issues like risks to clients, the circumstances, and whether they are relevant to the role.

Should there be a colon after like?

Like: risk to client. Any difference either way?
