Hi everyone,
I came across with the sentence two days ago and I still cannot figure out the what grammar structure it uses.
We end up with a hugh single crystal silicon, stretched out like a salami.
What grammar structure has been used in the last segment of the sentence, that is the part that reads "stretched out like a salami"?
Why can we simply put a comma and then follow it with the clause describing the object before the comma?
Would you please also take a look at my writing to see if I have made any grammatical mistakes, too?
Thank you for your help
Kenny
