Twosome and bespoke

Hi teachers~

I have a question about 'twosome' and bespoke.

There is a franchise coffee shop named 'twosome' in here South Korea.

'Bespoke' is a nickname for electrical appliances.

My question is if people really say these words.

Thanks in advance.

In my experience, those words are indeed used, but not in the same way they are used as above, in any variety of English.
