Two words' pron unknown: ostiomeatal and bullosa

Could someone please tell me how to pronounce ostiomeatal and bullosa?

(I can't find their phonetic symbols in the dictionaries.)

I guess ostiomeatal has sth to do with meatus, and very happy to see the pronounciation accords with it.
