Two-word sentence

Can you use a sentence just with an adjective and the word 'even' to reinforce a previous statement? An example: "It was very bad behavior on his part. Disgusting, even". In this example I'm trying to reinforce my previous statement, it wasn't just bad behavior, it was disgusting behavior. Can you say that?

Thank you, GPY. It's good to have it confirmed by a native speaker. Have you ever said such a sentence? Is that common?

It is normal and natural in spoken English.

Can you also use this method with "too" or "also" in the end? An example:

He was extremely unfriendly. Rude, too.
He was extremely unfriendly. Rude, also.

Yes. Such short utterances may not satisfy the traditional definitions of what a sentence is, but they are completely natural in conversation and informal writing.

OK, but [do] not [use it] in any kind of formal writing. A subject and verb are generally expected in sentences there.
