Two versions

1) “In the last section, after summarizing the main results obtained in the previous discussions, I shall state what I consider to be the defining features of Pyrrhonism and respond to some possible objections to my position.”

2) “In the last section, I shall state the defining features of Pyrrhonism, following a summary of the previous discussions. I shall also address possible objections.”

Which one do you prefer?

What about: "In the last section, I shall summarize the results of the previous discussions, state the defining features of Pyrrhohism, and respond to some objections to my position" ?

I think that would be fine. (I inadvertently dropped the "s" from "discussions".)
