Two times versus twice

Dear all,

Could you explain the following questions for me? Thank you very much.

I wish for once in my life to see the grand scenery. (for once refers to at least once)

How about this sentence: I want to go to Japan for once every year. Of course, it is right to say " I want to go to Japan once every year.

I want to go to the museum two times. "Two times" is correct or just acceptable in oral English. Of course twice is better.

Thnaks again.
