two-thirds majority

Under a constitutional provision, a bill can be made law if passed by the Lower House with more a than two-thirds majority, even after the bill is rejected in the Upper House. ( from NHK news)

Is above sentence fine? Or, just a typo?

Thanks

Hi LiJ

It's a typing error, not a grammar mistake, so I think it is excusable.
