Two statements

Hello,

Is there any difference between these two statements in use? Maybe the second one is informal?
Would you like to leave a message?
Have her call?
Do they exactly mean the same thing?

Thanks

A message could be, "I'll be late for dinner."

I found it on here in the third practice; http://teachersdesk.com/lessons/esl/Misc/Calling%20On%20The%20Phone.htm .
As far as I understood 'have her call' is a mistake, right?

This is not a mistake. This gives the caller two options.

Would you like to:
(1) leave a message?
(2) have her call?
