Two similar names with same title

Hello, I have a quick question. I work with two individuals who share the same last name and same first name initial (example: doctor Kris Wayne and doctor Kyle Wayne). Within a formal report, what is the correct method in identifying who did what? One method I have seen is Doctor Kris and Doctor Kyle. The other is full name and title: Doctor Kris Wayne, Doctor Kyle Wayne.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you
