two shot questions...

Hi guys,

Please may I have a two easy questions?

1) Please what does it mean if I say about someone, that he "made payment to a credit card". I know only paying via credit card. "Payment to a credit card" is a new thing for me. Please in which situation is this phrase being used? My context: FBI agent is questioning a husband of the missing woman....

Well, your wife made a $14,000 payment to a credit card last month. I'm assuming you knew about this.

2) Junkie girl explains, why she decided to steal the money from that woman which I mentioned in the previous question....

Kyle(her bf) and me, we went...we went really deep on package and then the dealer wanted his money. And she told me she was quitting the club.

Please, what does that red part means? I'm really out there..:-(

thank you in advance

Best Regards

They borrow you a credit card and they say: "You can use this card for some time, but you have to pay back the money at the end of some period." So in fact, during the paying with the borrowed card you're not using your money. That money are actually provided by the bank. Is that correct? Are the banks
