1) Acculturation is the psychological and social counter-part of cultural diffusion. In my opinion it’s very important to maintain elements of own culture within the dominant culture, because it lets people maintain some difference and not lose one’s own identity in foreign society. Acculturation can be comprehended to be the processes of cultural learning put on minorities by the fact of being minorities. People of dominant culture may get advantage of people who are being acculturated and get to know their customs and broad their knowledge about other cultures and differences between them.

2) Race is one of the crucial concepts of a human diversity and social justice. Race is also one of the most discussed differences between people and the most prejudiced as well. Without understanding of race diversity, it’s hard to talk about any other differences between people. There are many basis springing from race differences in such areas as employment, housing or education
