Below are about the nondisclosure agreement, please help explain the meaning in red.Thanks!
1. Manufacturer keeps secret and confidential all pieces of information and data on A-2. All and any information shall not be leaked or disclosed to other persons than the limited members of its employees in charge of this study.
Information which becomes a part of public domain by publication or otherwise through no fault of Manufacturer after disclosure from Purchaser.
2. All the parties agree that this agreement shall extend the term for 3 years from Feb 1, 2010 However nondisclosure obligation shall be in effect for 6 years from the date of execution.
Does the phrase in red mean that the validity period is three years or extend the period to three years or extend the period and the extension is three years?
