Two sentences. Help.

Hi. Just two sentences - past and future perfect.

The decision hadn't been made until next meeting.

The decision will not be made until next meeting.

Are both sentences correct ?

The future perfect would be: The decision will not have been made until the next meeting. The past perfect could be: When the last meeting ended the decision had not been made yet.

The future perfect would be:

The decision will not have been made until the next meeting.

The past perfect could be:

When the last meeting ended the decision had not been made yet.

"The decision hadn't been made until next meeting." This might mean that: "The decision wasn't made until the next meeting". [past] I'm assuming that the context is that the decison wasn't made until the next meeting then something else happened after that? Something like "The decision wasn't made until the next meeting, and by that time it was too late".
