Are these sentences correct?

Very wealthy man, no different from those that he points the finger at.

No. Neither is a complete sentence, inkaras, and I am not sure what either one means. Is it these?—

He is a very wealthy man, no different from those that he points the finger at.
I don't find him any more right than John is.

Oh, I made a mistake. I meant 'more right than John'. 'That' is only a silly mistake. Do I have to add 'is' at the end or could it be skipped?
