Two relative pronouns in the sentence

...because there are kids who are such fans that they emulate almost everythng that I do.
This is Mariah Carey's comment on CNN.

Is the use of two relative pronouns, who and that in this case, in one sentence acceptable and natural?

Surely you can invent one of your own choosing! Make a sentence like the one the original poster submitted, extending it with another relative clause. He's already got who and that. Add which somewhere. Maybe you can even get a whom or a wherein your sentence, too!

I understand your point now. I was thinking something like this

She is a mother of three who like to go swimming in the mornining, who has been married for 6 years, who has lived in five different countries.
