two quick questions

Hello guys,

What do people say under the following 2 situations;
1. Say, you should have got off the subway at A station, and you forgot it. So you got off at B station later on. how do you describe such this situation to others in a few words?
like, ' Sorry, I am late. I _____'

2. Say, my friend Aaron and I were taking about turning to Jason for help. And Jason just ran into us at the same time. what should we say?
'Wow, you are coming right about time?'
or like 'Hey, what a coincidence?'
