Two questions: Modal verbs and Participles?

Hi, I habe two questions:

1)
Is
"He might have been waiting all day long"
the same grammar structure as
"He would have been waiting all day long" (besides the difference in meaning of course)

"Would have been wainting" is "Conditional 2 progressive". Is it C2P with might too?

In other words: Are would/might/could/schould interchangable in the tenses "Conditonal 1 Simple, Conditional 1 Progressive, Conditional 2 simple and Conditional 2 progressive?"

Or are modal verbs (like might) not used in the typical tense structures and need their own special "modal verb-sentence structure"... ?

2)
I have trouble to decide whether the participle is used as a verb (in example passive tense or active progressive) or adjective...

Like:
Are you interested? (I think this is an adjective, cause there is no "by" telling you the passive acteur, correct? So this is not simple present passiv voice?)
Are you loved? (I have no idea!)
Having loved you, I couldn't move on. (Paticiple phrase? No adjective?)

Thank you very much!
