Two questions

Hello

I have two questions about multiple sentences:

First example:

1) No further update has been made.

2) No further update has been made since the last update.

3) No further update was made.

4) No further update had been made since the last update.

Can you please advise which ones are correct and why?

Second example:

I will organise a meeting between Bob, yourself and myself to discuss Jack's business requirements.

I will organise a meeting between Bob, yourself and I to discuss Jack's business requirements.

Thanks
