Two questions

"I'm here because I've been feeling depressed over some time, so I thought seeing a therapist would be a good idea. But maybe that's nothing compared to why you're here?"

Two questions:

1) Is it grammatical and natural?

2) Can I in any way justify using the question mark at the end or should I leave it out?
