Two questions

Hi everyone!

Which one of the following sentences is correct?
1. "she cried all time long"
2. "she cried for all time"

I think the second one is wrong, since "for" needs present perfect and it's about an action that is still going on, not finished, right?

One more, can you say "to propose something to someone's attention" or what's the correct form?

Thanks a lot!

The first sentence is about a girl who took a plane and cried for the whole flight.
Both 1 and 2 are grammatically wrong?

In the second sentence I mean "submit to someone's attention", but I guess I can't use "propose" as a substitute of "submit", right?

Thanks again!
