Two questions

Hi,
I have two questions and hope I´ll be understood :-)

1. I need to explain to my customer that all the calls to our office have been "forwarded" automatically to my mobile-
How can I say this? Which verb should be used ? "to forward"?

2. I need to explain to my customer that we require all the information regarding the changes in his project to be written all together in only one e-mail-
I would say: "please send all the requested changes in only one e-mail in order not to confuse our designer. Please note that I mean all definitive final changes, we cannot accept new changes after receiveing each design"

Thanks

Pamela

Hi,
thank you, it is very clear. Just one more question please."To redirect" is the proper verb, what about "to forward" ? when I use it speaking about e-mails, is it correct?

"I forward to you this e-mail" ?

Thanks
