Two questions

Hi.

1. Could I place the word "both" before the preposition "in" as well as after?

I hope to see you in both here and there.
I hope to see you both in here and there.

2. What is the difference?

She called her for help.
She called to her for help.

Top answer

"I hope to see you both in here and there" is correct though mind-boggling! A person cannot be both here and there! She called her for help.
