Hi.
1. How would you punctuate what I think is a typical salutation part of an email or short letter?

1) Hello, Sue.

It was nice talking to you yesterday.
2) Hi, Sue.

It was nice talking to you yesterday.

2. I think I asked this question before in this forum but didn't see my post appearing. What is the difference?
I will see you two weeks later.
I will see you within two weeks.
