Two questions

Hi,

1. Would you say that these are grammatically correct but unidiomatic?

What foods do you like the best?
What fruits do you like?

More idiomatic would be (I think):

What kind of food do you like the best?
What kind of fruit do you like?

2, I think with certain phrases comes what I could phrase as no need to put articles. For example:
a type of person
a sort of apple

Then, I think the word 'service' is countable here and does the existence of the words 'a form' or 'a particular form' does the same thing here?

a particular form of religious service
