1. Which is correct?
1. What don't you like shopping for?
2. What do you not like shopping for?

2. Which is correct? Should I put the slanted words inside quotation marks?
in to should be written into.

Either one of these is OK, although they both sound a bit awkward. I'm not sure there is a better way to phrase them. Possibly it would sound better as "What don't you like to shop for?"
