Two questions:

- 1 -
I'm not sure how to say the following:

- although it might have been hinted/implied differently/otherwise from my previous emeil, I don't think ect.

or

- althogh it might have hinted/implied differently/otherwise from my previous emeil, I don't think ect.

- 2 -
- I am taking the opportunity this program is presenting me to expand my knowledge base...

or

- I am taking the opportunity this program is presenting me with to expand my knowledge base...

) or - althogh it might have hinted/implied differently/otherwise from my previous emeil, I don't think ect. I'd say either sentence in number 2 is acceptable, but the first one is better. You could also leave out the word "me" and just say "is presenting" or "presents".
