Two questions

1) is there any adj describing this situation: Some young Viet born in America assimilated into the society; they forget who they are, where they come from; they see themselves as American, not Vietnamese anymore?

Anything like "lost-rooted"?

2)What is the verb for this picture:

Two kids are playing. One kid lie upon the other.

Is there any verb replacing lie upon?

I think you are looking for "assimilate."

1. You could also say "Americanised" (or perhaps "westernised").

2. I can't think of one that would suit here. In this context, "lie on top of" is more natural than "lie upon": "One kid lies on top of the other".
