Two present perfects

Is it correct to use two present perfects to refer to a recent actions?

1 Have you noticed that he has left? (Have you noticed just now that he has left just now?)

or should it be

1a Did you notice that he has left?

1b Did you notice that he had left?

2 Have you noticed that he has left? (Can it mean a several occasions?)

Have you noticed several times that he has left on several occasions?
