We don't usually pluralize 'milllion' as is done in Spanish. We usually omit the 'and' exept in longer phrases, where we finally end up with something like: He won three million, two hundred thousand, five hundred (and) four dollars at the lottery.

Would it be wrong to use 'in the lottery'?

Thanks.
