Hello,Are there two directions of "over" in the following sentences?I need your confirmation?( 1 ) A raspy voice came over the squawk box announcing the arrival of what we had been waiting for. ( 2 ) He came over to me?( 1 ) the "over" shows a raspy voice came out of the squawk box ;( 2 ) the "over" shows he across some space reaching as far as me ;
