Two different positions of "talk with you"

(1) I would like to talk to you about my challenges. (I am sure it's grammatically correct.)

(2) I would like to talk about my challenges to you. (This one is wrong.)

(3) I would like to talk with you about my challenges. (I think this one is correct.)

(4) I would like to talk about my challenges with you.

When you say "talk to you", you need to put it before "about". That applies to "talk with you". I am not sure if you can say (4). Please help me. Thanks a lot.
