Two different Nationalities

Hello, (I've already asked this question, but I think it was in the wrong forum: Vocabulary+Idioms)

My ethnicity is Chinese, but my Nationality is "Belgian" (from a country called "Belgium") . How do I call myself? Chinese Belgian or a Belgian Chinese? I'd suggest it would be adjective+noun. So, I would be a Chinese Belgian right?
So what is a Chinese Belgian?
And what is a Belgian Chinese?

Hope, any of the experts can help me!
Thanks.
