The major purpose of university being existed is develop fields of study. Professors having profound knowledge work and students who want to learn more about their interesting fields study in university. In this aspect, libraries can play an important role enabling them to study easily. People in university can gain good quality of information. In order to increase quality, it is very natural(necessary) that a lot of money should be invested in libraries.
Q) The 1st sentence underlined above sounds awkward probably; I think it's because modifying phrases are long. My idea there is "professors work and students study in university. professors who work in university have profound knowledge and students want to learn more in university" Is there a good way to express my idea including modifying parts?
Q2) In the 2nd underlined part, can I put "libraries" after "quality" if I take it out? i.e. "In order to increase quality of libraries, it is very natural(necessary) that a lot of money should be invested (in).
