  3. I thought the first choice could be however or consequently. but however sounds me better than consequently.

    And the secound choice must be by complaining. Essentially i have no doubt with second choice neverthless i wrote.

    The other thing that i didn't understand as you continue to wait ...............................

    What does it mean especially? why there is as.

" as you continue to wait patiently for your boarding call " - I think "as" in this clause means "because".

Without context, all I can say about the first problem is that "whereas" is not possible. The choice depends on what preceded, in my opinion.

"as" in "as you continue to wait" means "while".
