We got a zombie in Florida, and the conservative media is pretending its a live human. The poor girl died 15 years ago. She was without Oxygen for 12 minutes. The dead body was re-animated after being electro-shocked (7) times! That thing hasn't been "fed" in a dozen days, and the brain stem continues to twitch. WTF did those ER doctors create?
What they created is a zombie, a twitcher, a mass of electrified tissue stuck between life and death. Its cliche that a lover or family member refuses to accept that a loved one is now a zombie. Its the crucial scene of every Zombie movie. Thats why someone else usually has to do the dirty work.
Dr. West proved that reticulated consciousness resides in every cell of the body, and the only way to stop the "twitching" is to seperate the brain stem from the heart.

You forgot about the blood-sucking ghouls.
Ghoul 1) Mark Schiavo: Swore under oath he'd be a lovin', carin', loyal husband, who would do all he could to help his wife.

Then he got the money.
He's been trying to kill her ever since. Loyal? He shacked up with another woman ten years ago they have two children. He calls her his finance ain't that precious?
And the money? ($1.8 million) According to records most of it has gone to lawyers and the biggest chunk (close to half a million) has gone to another ghoul...
Ghoul 2) George J. Felos: A lawyer and a "right to kill" zealot, who makes a lot of money doing it. He's taken over $400,000.00 from Terri Schiavo's "rehabilitation fund" that her lovin' hubby has never used to try to rehabilitate his wife.
In 1998, after Mark Schiavo hired this scumbag (eight years after his wife's accident) then* and only then did he *suddenly remember that Terri said she didn't want to live like this. Amazing isn't it? During a malpractice trial, in 1991 (when he was trying to get all that money), he swore under oath "to take of her for the rest of his life".

Ghoul 3) Judge George W. Greer: Terri Schiavo's executioner. He wants her dead in the worst way. Although what Terri's husband says is inconsistent as ****, this fair judge thinks Mark Schiavo is pure as the new-fallen snow. The good judge apparently never questioned Mark's convenient (eight-years later) memory.
Ignores any* evidence from *any doctor who disagrees with the judge's favorite doctor, a man who comes from Minnesota.
And who is the judge's favorite doctor?...
Ghoul 4) Dr. Ronald Cranford: A genuine Kevorkian nut case. This doctor has never met an incapacitated person he didn't want to see dead. He advocates starving alzheimers patients to death. A real sweetheart.

But he is a competent doctor, right?
Why don't you ask Sgt. David Mack, a police officer from Minneapolis.

"When Minnesota policeman Sgt. David Mack was shot in the line of duty in 1979, Dr. Ronald Cranford diagnosed his patient as being in a ?persistent vegetative state,? never to regain ?cognitive, sapient functioning.? But who am I to question the good doctor? Judge Greer believes in him. But then, Judge Greer also believes in Mark Schaivo's "eight-years later" recollection of his poor wife's wishes **** Judge Greer would probably believe in the Easter Bunny if someone gave him a chance to kill it.
So Oranse, ole buddy remember, no horror movie is complete without the ghouls.

What's really wild about this is they say there is no life support. Yeah, now there is no life support that they took the feeding tube out. Now, let the so called religious right leave it to ***'s will. While we're at it, let's see what kind of zombie Falwell and John Paul become - maybe *** chose to visit them with the same fate.

The notion that he's in it for the money sort of falls apart when you learn he's been offered a million dollars to transfer custody to the Schindler's and declined.
If he was in it for the money, why would he have turned that down?

What disgusts me about what you wrote, Paulo, is not so much your willingness to ignore facts like that which fly in the face of your slanderous assumptions, but rather that you're so intent on demonizing him.
The save-her-at-all-costs crowd wants to have it both ways. They are mad because he's so hasty to kill her, but then want more time so they can be sure she really won't get better. Did it ever occur to you that maybe he wanted to be sure, himself, before he pulled the tube?

Your close-minded zealotry is not harmless. Your willingness to assume the worst about someone who's life has been marred by terrible tragedy is what enables people like those who made death threats against Michael Schiavo and at least one judge in this case.
You say judge Greer "wants her dead in the worst way" and yet, strangely enough, his legal reasoning has held up on every appeal! But no, he's her "executioner" maybe that's why there have been death threats against him.
You take quotes with minimal context to make him look like a monster, and yet his claim has been pretty much the same the whole time. He's somebody who's tried to make a very hard decision in the face of what he believes his wife would have wanted.
Try, just once, not demonizing him. Look at him, rather, as somebody who doesn't happen to share your religious convictions who's doing the best he can in a difficult situation. Isn't it possible that reasonable people can disagree, or is everybody who disagrees with you a "monster" who "wants Terri dead in the worst way."
Try a little of that famous Christian compassion because if somebody does go through with one of those threats, there will be blood on the hands of everybody who chose to demonize Michael, Judge Greer, or any of a number of other entirely reasonable people who are simply trying to do the best they can.

Oh, but there's no "close-minded zealotry" on the side of those who want this woman dead at all costs. Not knowing the facts and making vacuous assumptions is not limited to the brain-dead right the knee-jerk left has their own cadre of brain-dead zealots.
How many times have I read that this woman is in a coma, for example?

Shouldn't it ring some warning bells somewhere, somehow when the doctors blandly tell us that they had to give the lady a morphine drip because she was moaning from the pain of starving to death?

Too bad we don't have a camera focused on her bed 24/7. Then we could all make bets on the exact minute she takes her last breath.

Maybe this could be the start of a new reality TV show. Maybe even a new cable network Ghoul TV.
Give me a break.
