Lois and Clark see Oliver Queen and Chloe Sullivan in the same Inn they are.
Lois looks surprised and says: Twist. Unexpected surprise?

Lois: (to Clark) How can you be so "eh" about this? Totally indifferent?

This is Chloe and Oliver, together, here. Did you know they were dating?
No, of course you didn't. I didn't even know they were dating.
Clark: They obviously came out here to escape
from everything, kind of like we did.
Lois: I know that I ran a verbal marathon She didn't stop talking?

Tiwst comes from the game Black Jack/21. Twist is the request for another card so it would mean another. I don'tunderstand the charactures so doesn't make much sense to me.
