If you mean synonyms, then maybe: blocks, murmuring.

Apparently, “twin words” are words that go together in expressions. Examples are “fame and fortune”, “high and mighty”, “spick and span”. However I don’t see any that go with the two words “bricks” and “humming” – other than perhaps “mortar” and “whistling”.
