What do we call these numbers?
Twenties, thirties, forties,.....

And what about 10? Is that tenth or what?

"She is at her early/mid/late teens." (means she is 12/15/19 years old)

Close. "She is in her early/mid/late teens." (13/14, 14-16, 18/19) (roughly) Twelve does not end in "-teen".
