Try to find TV shows which are provided with close captioning (CC) so
you can see the subtitles/text. This also depends on your TV set.

I wanted to improve (both grammatical and speaking) by listening to some good TV shows, mainly in accent.. that's why i am looking for TV shows.

That wouldn't help too much in terms of accent. You'd better get to a professional accent coach or very good teacher for that. It's not as easy as you may think to lose your native accent.

I agree with Marius about the accent. You are not going to imporve your spoken English just by listening to English. The reason is very simple: if you are not able to recognize all the sounds native speakers make, you are going to hear what you think you hear, not what they actually say.
You need a course to improve your pronunciation. There are book with CDs for that.
