TV Shows and Twitter

Can anyone tell me the correct way to reference television shows and episodes in a tweet? You cannot italicise with Twitter let me give a few examples using random example:

TV show: Prison Break
Season: 2
Episode: 15
Title: The Message

EXAMPLE 1: Wanting to tweet that you just wanted TV SHOW

EXAMPLE 2: Wanting to tweet saying that you're about to watch TITLE from TV SHOW

EXAMPLE 3: Wanting to tweet that you're going to start EPISODE of SEASON of TV SHOW.

So on and such forth. I'm wanting to get this right the first time round. :-)

Can anyone tell me the correct way . . .

I've never used Twitter, but my impression is that there are no rules at all.
