Are "South Korea's TV series" and "TV series of South Korea" synonymous with "TV series made in South Korea"?

No. The first two are the same as each other. The third one (TV series made in South Korea) could be series that are shown anywhere, but are filmed in South Korea. An American movie can be filmed in France (a movie made in France) but that doesn't make it a French movie.
