TV, radio, as uncountable?

Hello,

The open and distance learning university has been using one-way learning systems such as TV, radio, and cassette tape.

Can we use TV, radio, tape as uncountable to mean a system or media?

Instead of A TV, A RADIO, and A TAPE, which sound like only a set of TV, and so on.

If not, how should we express them as countable nouns?

I always greatly appreciate your expertise
