TV Pilot Package question

Hello,
I'm new to the group, but not to the business.
We have an idea for a pilot and the resources to shoot a few episodes. I have an L.A. based prodco, but we've never delved into TV before.

The show wer'e planning to do is documentary based, where we'll be following real subjects.
I'm looking for any package related advice from experienced TV writers/producers, as I have no idea on the specifics that should be included in a TV package. I have one example a friend passed us that includes a treatment with a variety of photos, a "Production Details" page, a revenue "Projections" page, Estimated viewership, ABout the production company, Contact details, etc.
I'm interested in what should be included in a package and any related books that people know of. Additionally, I am keenly interested in any information specific to documentary related TV series packages.

Thanks for your help. I'm willing to share from my side of the world too, for anyone that has film related questions.

This is specific to animation, but I would expect the basic ideas to apply:

The first thing you'll need is someone who knows what goes into the package. You've already missed the first thing.
