TV and filming appearances

These days, Bindi's life is very busy with TV and film appearances, a kid's fitness DVD, a new album and a clothing line called "Bindi Wear."

Is it also correct and the same to say "appearing on TV and films" instead of "TV and film appearances?" Thanks.

You have to delete the word "with" and say "ON TV and IN films."
