Turned in/ render and others

Hi, what is "turned in" a triumphal performance? what kind of performance was it and why they write "triumphal" ?
"Render" here means it turned? I guess it's in a negative meaning ...

Adjective form of triumph. It describes performance(noun).

"Render" here means it turned...
It means provided/gave.

What is Keynote?
central theme in a conference or something...
